A Day Of Esoteric Sound and Healing

Through gentle breath we can connect to our inner heart, a place of stillness and soulful connection.

Our voice , when we sing or speak from the point of stillness, will carry heart inspired words of truth that can heal at a profound level.

Your silent presence may be all that is needed, when you are truly in your essence.

In this workshop you can explore your own sound , with gentle tones and over tones, create your own heart-song, and develop your listening and awareness of energy you emanate, which will be reflected in all your relationships.

You will be introduced to a gentle breath meditation which, as part of your daily practice, can have a profound effect on your daily life.

This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the essence of who you are and to learn about the healing power of your voice.

Carmel Briggs has been presenting workshops on voice, confident communication and self awareness for for over 17 years, her workshops are always carefully attuned to people that are attending so the learning is directly relevant and good fun.

This is a wonderful workshop to develop your confidence in a subtle way.

Carmel has trained in the Healing Power of Sound with Chris James from Australia and is his UK Co-ordinator for events and CD sales.
