You have now reached the equilibrium for this period but for some individuals, these stresses may continue.
You could experience some physical discomfort and a slight sensation of fluidity in the head. This is normal and you will become accustomed to over time. Continue with your activities.

Following weeks of intense mental strain and disruption, the body is fatigued, and it appears that every bone is experiencing discomfort.
There are instances when the energy levels have balanced out, leading to waking up with a clearer and more refreshed mind. This indicates a noticeable change in how the energy has affected you.
Sometimes, you feel overwhelmed and emotional. This can release negative energy.

The guidance of the inner self suggests that the energy causing these feelings should be addressed. Crying serves as a method for releasing accumulated negative energy from within.
